In our generation, writing has become more easier then back then, due to the technologies we have today. Technology has improve as time is passing. Scientists continue working in order to develop useful products, which will make our lives more easier and better. People usually say technology has lessen our lives and qualities, but I believe it has made the world a better place to live. Technology provides us with better knowledge and faster ways of communication.

While watching this video on digital text, it shows how the internet can expand and how you can learn using a computer. Computer is one important feature from technology, which is very used by everyday people in order to increase their knowledge. We have different sources to access what we want to know such as Yahoo, Google, Wikipedia, and so much more. The video shows that the internet is easy and useful for learning. It also shows how websites are written in HTML format. HTML was designed to define the structure of a web document.

The video spoke about form and content. The content of this video is text and how writing has changed over the years. Now we are free to look up everything. They use a lot of different words using differnet links. Form is defined as the shape and the structure of something as distinguished from it's material. Content can be defined as something that is to be expressed through speech, writing, or any various arts. In the video, they are describing form as the way the information is presented and content as the subject matter that is being conveyed.

I believe we are in control of the machine. The machine does exactly what we want it to do. We are mainly in control because we are the ones who control what is being typed. We can just express whatever that's on our minds and we are free to write what we think and feel.

The article called "Panel:Rethink schools", is referring to how school system should under go change in order to incorporate students new methods of learning. In the article, it says, "Educators can't truly deliver 21st-century instruction in schools that reflect industrial age design". This means that educators are not supplied with the tools needed to teach students easier. The article explains how making schools more digital can really help the student learn. They believe that schools should have more interaction with the outside world and with each other to help students understand and interact more with the world. They also talk about how the way the school is set up can affect the student`s learning ability.

The words after "Rethink" were copyright (exclusive right to make copies), authorship (creating written characteristics), identity (characteristics/personality of an indiviual), ethics (system of moral vaules), aesthetics (philosphy that deals with beauty and taste), rhetoric (speaking or writing effectively), governance (government control/authority), privacy (left alone, out of public view), and commerce ( the buying and selling of goods).

Writing has evolved in many ways such as color,codes, format, & etc. These are the things that creates a website. Writing has also evolved in a way where we can get things done quicker. Today's digital text world has improved for the better. It has a great impact on our reading, writing, thinking, and learning. We now have a new and a quicker way to learn. It keeps people informed about everything and anything that's going on in our world today and the past. Not only does it tell us what's going on or what happened it also gives us every detail on that subject.
